Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident when booking consulting hours with AtoZ Research and Consulting. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Cancellations Before Work Begins
If you cancel a booking before any consulting work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the unused hours. To cancel, contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.
2. Cancellations After Work Begins
If work has already begun, you may cancel the remaining portion of your engagement. You will be charged only for the hours actually worked, and any unused, prepaid hours will be refunded.
3. Completed Engagements
Hours that have already been worked and delivered are non-refundable, as the service has been provided.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to find a new time at no additional charge.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
