2. Booking and Hourly Rate
Consulting services are billed at a rate of $200 per hour. When you book hours through this website, the total shown reflects the number of hours selected multiplied by the hourly rate. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
3. Scheduling
After a booking is placed, we will coordinate with you by email or phone to schedule your consulting time. Booked hours are intended to be used for the engagement described at the time of booking.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to cooperate reasonably so that we can perform the services. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on our research or advice. Our deliverables are provided for your own use and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice unless expressly stated.
5. Payment
Payment is due as described at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking. If a payment cannot be processed, the booking will not be confirmed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables we create specifically for you may be used by you for your own purposes. The contents of this website, including text, design, and graphics, remain the property of AtoZ Research and Consulting.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtoZ Research and Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant engagement.
